‍2. Eligibility
‍The MacBook Neo Giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Are registered attendees of the NACCU 2026 Annual Conference taking place April 19-22, 2026 in Covington, Kentucky
• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry
• Are physically present at the NACCU 2026 event to scan the QR code at the ITC Systems booth
• Are legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec)

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of ITC Systems Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of the above, whether or not related
• Vendor/exhibitor representatives attending NACCU 2026 who are not eligible conference attendees
• Employees of educational institutions attending the conference in their professional capacity ARE eligible to enter.

‍3. Promotion Period
‍Entries will be accepted beginning at 9:00 AM ET on Sunday, April 19, 2026 and ending at 5:00 PM ET on Tuesday, April 22, 2026 ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received during this time period. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

‍4. How to Enter

1. ‍Visit the ITC Systems booth at NACCU 2026
2. Scan the QR code displayed at the booth using your mobile device
3. Complete the online entry form with required information:
   
   • Full name
   • Valid email address
   • Institution/Company name
   • Phone number
   • Review and accept these Official Rules
   • Submit the completed form

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Entry information must be truthful and accurate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entries that contain false, incomplete, or inaccurate information.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,699 USD
Actual value may vary based on market conditions and configuration
Prize specifications determined by Sponsor at time of award Includes manufacturer's standard warranty only

Prize Conditions:

• Prize is awarded "as is" with no additional warranty or guarantee by Sponsor beyond manufacturer's warranty
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
• Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, and any other costs not specified herein
• Prize will be shipped to winner within 30 days of winner verification

‍6. Winner Selection & Notification
‍Drawing: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about April 23, 2026.

Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts over a seventy-two (72) hour period, or if the winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Verification: The potential winner may be required to:

• Provide proof of attendance at NACCU 2026 (conference badge, registration confirmation).
• Provide valid government-issued photo identification.
• Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
• Failure to comply with verification requirements within the specified time period will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

‍7. Odds of Winning
‍Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Estimated odds are approximately 1 in 300-600 based on expected attendance and participation rates.

‍8. General Conditions
‍By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.

In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion

‍9. Release of Liability
‍By entering this Promotion and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless ITC Systems Inc., NACCU, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for:

Any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by entrants
Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion
Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries
Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use/misuse of any prize

‍10. Publicity Rights
‍Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements regarding the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, notice, or approval.

‍11. Privacy & Data Collection
‍Information collected from entrants is subject to ITC Systems' Privacy Policy available at [www.itcsystems.com/privacy]. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for purposes of administering the Promotion.

Marketing Communications: By checking the optional consent box on the entry form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from ITC Systems regarding products and services. This consent is separate from entry into the Promotion and may be withdrawn at any time.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Promotion or as required by law.

‍13. Governing Law & Disputes
‍This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

‍14. Severability
‍If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
