Convenience
Today, everything is done on the go. Checking your email, doing online banking, and now tracking your student card accounts online! Scratch out the thought of having to physically walk into an account management center or student services just to "top up" your student card. Or stop second-guessing whether you have enough money left on your card to buy a carton of milk! ITC Systems' Web Purchase software allows students, parents, and other authorized users to check Account Summary, Transaction History, and perform various other account functions all on the web and in realtime!
Security
You're probably all thinking that not all students may want to share all their account transactions with their parents. That is why parents have their own access to the site (Parental Access Mode), where certain information have been restricted for their viewing, if that is what is desired or required. Each student's account is also protected by a PIN; which is information that can also be shared between the parent and child. A perk worth mentioning: Parents can deposit money into their child's account remotely over the web with their credit card.
For cards that get lost or stolen, students can quickly go online and suspend all activity on the card.
Payment
Currently, ITC Systems supports CHASE Paymentech, Moneris, and Global Payments as credit card processors in Canada.
