Multiplan Matrix Manager is an easy-to-use web-based application that is fully integrated with ITC Systems’ Multiplan software. System administrators have full access to the application, and are in control of providing operators authorization rights based on their designated role on site. This would include merchants and vendors who are set up to view transactions and retrieve reports solely in their own area (eg. Food Service, Library, Vending). 

 

Convenience
Administrators and merchants can log on to any computer with Internet connection (as permitted through their network security) without having to install the Multiplan client software locally. Merchants have the freedom to retrieve reports and monitor their transactions without having to go through a system administrator—an overall increase in work efficiency for both parties. As well, efficiency is realized in scheduled email reporting - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. 

Access Rights

Operator security codes are assigned by the system administrator, along with authorized rights to permit access to designated software and reporting functions within the system. This includes limiting data that can be viewed and/or modified based on the status of the operator. The system can support an unlimited number of operators. Specific rights can be restricted further towards the access of client, device and account groups. Has the ability to filter and manipulate visibility to sensitive information.
 

Reporting Functions

This comprehensive online system allows various reporting functionalities for operators and merchants.

Merchants can build, schedule and save reports for reuse via email, as well creating and saving client deposit statements. There are various types of reports available for use: Site Reports, Plan Membership Reports, Plan Purchase Reports etc. The system is able to filter the data and modules very easily to the type of "data" that the merchant can set to view, whether it's only retrieving information within a certain user profile, or type of account (accounts vs meal plans), or transaction types (eg. purchases, deposits, or refunds). Reports can also be exported into various formats either for reformatting or for further reporting. 

Security
Safe and secure to use over the web as the core Multiplan Matrix software does not run on any computer outside of the main server where the program is installed. The connection between the Internet and Multiplan database is secured through the firewall to the LAN/WAN. There is also an automatic timeout on the website for idle users, ensuring that confidential data will not be exposed.
