Web Merchant Manager
Simple web-based application to optimize accessibility and convenience to all your shareholders.

Web Merchant Manager is fully integrated with ITC Systems' MultiPlan software. It operates very much like a web-based MultiPlan--all the functions can be accessed online and there is no software installation required (with the exception of the main server)! There are two main modules to this application:
1) Administration 2) Reporting
Convenience
Both the system administrator and merchant can log onto any computer with an internet connection to use this application. The administrator can perform back-end management of student accounts, client profiles, reporting functions and etc. Merchants themselves have the ability to retrieve their own transaction-based merchant reports and monitor their activity on campus without having to go through an administrator. This helps streamline the workflow between both parties with a boost in productivity.
Access Rights
System administrators can assign operator security codes and authorized rights to permit access to merchants or vendors to certain designated software and reporting functions within the system. For example, a Coke vendor on campus will only be able to pull out and view reports of their transactional activity within their area, whether that is from vending machines or food services.
Reporting Functions
Merchants can build their reports and save them for reuse. There are various types of reports available for use: Site Reports, Plan Membership Reports, Plan Purchase Reports, and etc. There are several selections and modules as to the type of "data" that the merchant can set to view, whether it's only retrieving information within a certain user profile, or type of account (accounts vs meal plans), or transaction types (eg. purchases, deposits, or refunds). Reports can also be exported into various formats either for reformatting or for further reporting.
Security
Safe and secure to use over the web as the software does not run on any computer outside of the main server where the program is installed.
There is also an automatic timeout on the website for idle users, ensuring security for confidential data or private information being exposed.
