SmarTrack is designed to monitor and reconcile all stored
value card transactions within a campus card program,
down to the individual card level if required. With
its customizable financial reporting and settlement

SmarTrack enables card system administrators
to efficiently collect transaction data, including deposits,
expenditures and e-purse transactions from every UPOS
Terminal in the system using either a PDA for non-networked
devices or via TCP/IP protocol when UPOS Terminals are
attached to a network. Transaction data is processed
and reconciled through SmarTrack's settlement system
where customized reporting, fund disbursement and allocation
are managed.
With SmarTrack's management module, card
system administrators can easily set up card ID numbers,
issue cards and amend user information resulting in
a complete, easy to manage and cost effective transaction
handling system.
