Model 1500 Card Reader
The model 1500 Card Reader provides access to a given machine through the use of an encoded card. The versatility of the 1500 allows for integration into most self serve environments and unattended equipment. Once in place, controlling and accounting for costs and cash flow is easy and precise. The Card Reader Terminals authenticate the users card, allowing access only to authorized users. The 1500 can differentiate between up to 9 different user groups, allowing for different settings and pricing for customers, staff, etc. When access has been granted, the 1500 will deduct the cost from the users card or account. The 1500 can read stored value magnetic cards, store gift cards and credit cards and has the ability to charge multiple price lines on copiers.
PC Paytron Software
ITC Systems computer time/pay for print software is ideal for charging for word processing, internet use or for printing within the retail center. To use the PC or printer jobs, the patron simply inserts their Cash Card into the model 1500 Card Reader. Funds will be deducted in accordance with the jobs performed. Different rates can be charged based on the printer chosen and for black and white versus color prints.
Touch Screen Cash Card Kiosk or Cash Card Loader
ITC Systems Touch Screen Cash Card Kiosk will issue and add value to Cash Cards by accepting $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills, or credit cards. The 1090s function is to dispense cards and add value to cards on a self serve basis. The Cash Card Kiosk is your 24 hour cashier. Receipts for all activities and transactions across the business center can be printed on demand. The Kiosk is a touch screen and can be customized to display current promotions, custom graphics and advertisements. The 1080 Loader features the same functionalities with the exception of the touch.
POS Soft-Till Software
ITC Systems POS Soft-Till software with Card Reader acts as a powerful back-end to the entire Retail Center Solution. The software works with an administrator to manage the entire system, providing an easy way to account for all copies/balances on copy cards. The unit features customizable transaction reporting, settlement and financial management solutions. A key feature is the ability to act as a register for the cards. The Soft-Till makes it easy to add/subtract, make refunds and manage copy transactions all with a few clicks of the mouse. The POS Soft-Till is loaded on a PC with an ITC Systems 1500 RF card reader attached to its serial port.
