Customizable & Configurable For Your Needs
By implementing one or combining more than one of Print Manager’s modules we can create a customized solution to fit your needs.
I. Remote & Wireless Printing Module
Eliminates geographical boundaries as users are able to securely and wirelessly print over the Internet using their laptop or smartphone.
II. Server Module
Best suited for large systems and high-volume installations or when coupled with ITC Systems' MultiPlan online account-based solution. This module's configuration monitors print jobs, counts the pages, leaving the release station to display print jobs and manage payment
III. Client Release Station Module
Great for low to moderate volume installations, the software manages print jobs on the network, count pages, deletes stale jobs, logs each transaction, and charges for jobs via a payment device linked to its COM port.
IV. Popup Module
Popup works by monitoring a local printer created on the client workstation where users print. The desktop PC, where the print job originates, displays a popup screen where the user logins. The print job is released at the release station only after the user authenticates themselves. Print jobs can be counted and tracked for budgeting department usages.
V. PC Paytron Module
A cost recovery tool for unattended standalone systems that require a computer access controlled printing environment. This is ideal for charging for time on the PC and/or printing.
