New Vice President of Operations brings award-winning strengths to ITC Systems
Toronto, ON – March 28, 2011 – ITC Systems has consolidated an assertive approach to growth in appointing Jacqueline Brouillard to the position of Vice President of Operations and company founder and CEO Campbell Richardson notes that he is delighted to welcome her to the organization.

card-based transaction solutions to organizations based primarily in North
America and Mr. Richardson says Ms. Brouillard’s arrival will build on existing
strengths to further enhance production efficiency and customer service.

While her main role will be to oversee daily operations and the management of company workflow and processes, she has a wide range of competencies that will add value to many aspects of the organization.”
Ms. Brouillard has more than 20 years of
progressive leadership experience in a variety of management positions; previous
employers have included Suncor Energy and DuPont Canada and prior to joining
ITC Systems she was General Manager of Jana Laboratories.
During her career, Ms. Brouillard has won
awards for Innovation, Business Sustainability, and Safety Excellence and she
is an active member of The Executive Committee (TEC), a global organization
dedicated to fostering business leadership and excellence.
A graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Chemical Engineering Program, Ms. Brouillard also holds a number of professional designations, including Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and Six Sigma Green Belt.
