The Copy/Print/Fax Access and Accounting Solution is an economical method of controlling and charging back for usage across a multitude of environments. The copier controller, model 7510 has a numeric keypad with an option to plug in a QWERTY keyboard and/or card swipe that controls the use of the MFD (copier) it is interfaced to.

Account records are authorized by the Copier Controller or Print Manager software. All transactions are stored (whether a copy, print or fax) against the individual, department or client. The transaction information is transferred from the 7510 through TCP/IP that includes account number, copies or faxes made and total cost. The 7510’s parameters and account numbers are all updated through TCP/IP communication with the server over the LAN.
