Curiosity started me in a career of technical writing for various hardware and software solutions (automated tape libraries with robotic arms, enterprise servers, one card solutions & physical security). I also worked with users to improve product usability. This was great fun and my start into technical sales. Each day I strive to be an excellent communicator that guides customers to solutions that meet the requirements of today and is scalable for the demands of tomorrow. I am also an accomplished problem-solver who is highly focused on getting the right results. Work is part of my story. As a prominent leader in my field, I have worked diligently to develop an impressive depth of market knowledge and significant experience in card solutions for the campus and library markets. As Director of Sales, USA West, I will be primarily responsible for managing the territory and expanding the ITC Systems brand in the higher-education sector.
