We are pleased to announce an opening for an Inside Sales Professional where you will be working closely with our Director of Sales. Job Description

Work with the Director of Sales to book meetings, generate leads, prepare quotes and generally to support their selling activities.

Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and provide administrative support as required.

Document information accurately into our CRM (SAP), order entry & follow through.

Contact and develop business with new or existing customers.

Daily outbound calls to cultivate relationships to work towards future sales opportunities.
Qualifications

3 Years Inside Sales or customer service experience

Post Secondary Degree (Certificate from a Technical School is an asset)

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

Experience with CRM programs, SAP knowledge is an asset

Experience in the high technology, computer, networking, network security is an attribute.

Ability to quickly learn concepts related to our products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self starter, motivated and organized.
