ITC Systems is an international company specializing in Integrated Transaction Control Systems. We design software and manufacture cash card systems and one card solutions for University Campuses, Public Libraries, Retail Business Solutions and others.
We are pleased to announce an opening for an Inside Sales Partner position working closely with the Director of Sales. If you are looking for a solid industry to grow with, and are confident in your sales and administrative abilities, this is a great role for you.
Inside Sales Partner Customer Service
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting and developing business with new or existing customers
- Presenting key selling points, features, and benefits while always being customer-focused
- Developing an understanding of the customer's business needs and future requirements
- Daily outbound calls to warm leads to cultivate relationships that ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities
- Documenting information accurately into SAP, order entry & follow through
- Answering all incoming sales inquiries in an expeditious, polite and professional manner
- Booking meetings for the Director of Sales
- Preparing quotes, proposals, presentations and providing administrative support as required
- Generating leads through planning and persistence
- Punctual follow-up calls, emails and mail correspondence
- Maintaining and promoting a positive attitude, morale and productivity among peers, support staff and other teams
Requirements:
- 2-3 years inside sales and customer service experience
- Post secondary degree in business or a related field
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Technological aptitude
- CRM experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self starter, motivated and organized
- SAP experience an asset
