ITC Systems’ Vending Terminals offer the ultimate in cashless vending. Each reader fits into the standard bill validator cut-out found in most MDB Vending machines. The model 2020 can be installed in conjunction with the existing coin and bill acceptors or can operate independently.
The Vending Terminals enable the use of a vending machine through an encoded magnetic stripe card or smart card. The value of the purchase is deducted from the card or account and the product is dispensed.
The Vending Terminal model 2020 uses the stored value smart card system. It stores extensive transaction details and information that can be downloaded for reconciliation later.
