The system can control printing, copying, faxing and card revaluing. Card revaluing can be done either through credit card or cash and also allows patrons to make copies or prints via credit card or via a loyalty card.

The entire retail solution ties back, through the LAN/WAN to a central head office location. Another advantage of the solution is the unique ability for stores to centrally configure all copy prices. Central reporting of all transactions can be broken down by Regions, Stores, Copiers, Cards and Value; allowing stores to have full and comprehensive reports that suit their needs. The ITC Systems’ retail solution allows Retail Centers to control the Copy/Print/Fax revenue remotely in all regions and stores.
