ITC Systems’ GameSmart Solution leverages the advanced capabilities of smart card technology to provide a cost effective, revenue generating alternative in the redemption gaming market.
The GameSmart Solution combines SmarTrack smart card software with powerful, easy to use hardware components. The smart cards utilized in this solution store value, which can be displayed in the form of cash or credits. The gaming machines are activated once a smart card is inserted into the GameSmart reader and the value on the card is validated. Patrons are able to load value onto their cards through an attendant’s Mini Till POS Terminal or at any unattended value loading station.
Each gaming machine is equipped with a GameSmart Reader to accept and validate cards. The GameSmart Readers install easily into the gaming machine’s bill validator cut-out and are designed to endure high-traffic gaming environments.
When a patron decides to redeem the value on their card, they can do so through a gaming attendant at a redemption center. Depending on the environment, patrons can be rewarded with cash, points or prizes.
At the center of the GameSmart solution is ITC Systems’ powerful SmarTrack software. This software is designed to collect and store all transaction data from each GameSmart device throughout the gaming environment. These transaction logs are compiled to create detailed financial reports, allowing fast and simple reconciliation for administrators.
