ITC System's premier online food service solution begins with Multiplan, our real time, online debit, credit, meal plan and transaction management software. Multiplan resides on a PC that communicates over TCP/IP with your cash registers, vending terminals or NetLink POS terminals. To process transactions, terminals are equipped with magnetic swipe or barcode card readers that read patrons' cards, access account information and approve transactions.

Offline Solutions
ITC Systems offers a stored value offline card based food service solution, where transactions are deducted from value encoded on smart chip or magnetic stripe cards. POS terminals/cash registers and vending machines are interfaced to card readers which deduct the transaction amount from the value stored on the patron's card. Patrons easily purchase or add value to their cards using ITC System's range of conveniently located Cash Card Loading Stations. Loading value is also accomplished across counter or at POS terminals.
